About The Role As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to students with disabilities. This role gives you the chance to help improve their well-being and independence. Essential Qualities That We Are Looking For Work closely with students with disabilities, providing support with daily school activities. Follow individual care plans and lesson plans, ensuring the well-being and safety of the students. Create an inclusive and respectful environment that encourages independence and dignity. Team up with teachers and staff to provide complete, well-rounded support. Keep clear and detailed records of students' progress and activities. The Successful Candidate Will Previous experience as a Disability Support Worker or similar role is helpful. Knowledge of different disabilities and how to support them effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion and patience when helping students with various needs. Ability to adjust to the changing needs of individuals with disabilities.
