Salary: £14.50 - £14.75 per hour + £70 Sleep-In Rate + Benefits
Contract: 12-Week Temp to Perm

Role Overview
As a Support Worker, you will be providing high-quality person-centred support to individuals with autism, ADHD, PTSD, and learning disabilities. Your focus will be on empowering individuals, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personalised care and emotional support
2. Assist with daily living activities, encouraging independence
3. Support individuals with mental health and neurodiverse needs
4. Create a positive and inclusive living environment
5. Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
What We're Looking For:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in a care/support role (preferred)
2. Qualifications: Level 2/3 Health & Social Care Diploma (or willingness to work towards it)
3. Skills: Compassion, patience, resilience & strong communication
4. Requirements: Driving licence (preferred)
