About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide tailored support to students in small groups or one-to-one sessions.
Assist with lesson delivery and classroom management.
Support students with additional needs, including SEN and EAL learners.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to ensure every student thrives.

Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working with young people (education-based or in other settings such as sports coaching, youth work, etc.).
Be patient, empathetic, and committed to helping students succeed.
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Be adaptable and ready to work in a dynamic school environment.
Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to apply for one with Teaching Personnel’s support).
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant or equivalent) is beneficial but not essential.
