Careline Alarm Warden
Salary: £32,490 - £36,870 per annum (pro rata as part time), plus 30% shift allowance

We are seeking an exceptional, engaging and committed individual to join us as an Alarm Warden. This role is a varied and interesting opportunity to work as part of a team. You will support vulnerable service users within the borough, whether this is by providing support on the phone, driving to the residents property to assist with an accident or injury, liaising with family members, contacting emergency services or other professionals or taking emergency calls for our out of hours service such as social services, emergency planning or highways.
You will need to have excellent communication skills, ICT skills to log jobs and the ability to work on your own initiative to prioritise tasks and calls whilst remaining calm and professional.

The Careline operates 365 days of the year, 24 hours a day so flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and bank holidays are essential.
We have a vacancy for a Saturday night shift working from 18.50pm to 7.10am - 12.33 hours per week.
A DBS check at Enhanced Level with Adults Barred List will be required for this role as is a full manual driving licence and a good knowledge of the local area.
