Technical Project & Manufacturing Manager
Summary:
Due to continuous growth, we have an opportunity for the right candidate to join a talented multi-disciplined team. Initially, this role will manage the transfer of our Manufacturing facility from its current location in Cornwall to Stoke, as well as supporting Technical & Project teams within the Riventa business. You will be required to spend approximately 1 week per month in Cornwall until the manufacturing transition to Stoke is complete. Preferably, this should be completed within 1 year. After that phase, the role will develop into a supervision of the facility, thus freeing up the ideal candidate to focus more on the technical and project side of the business.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual who has a passion for water and making the world a better place; playing their part in solving for the macro-challenges facing humanity of water resilience, availability, and affordability.
The successful candidate will be a process and project delivery-focused person, working hands-on with customers and internal delivery teams to deliver technical solutions, ensuring follow-on opportunities as a result. You will be able to balance many competing factors, maintaining momentum, and always maintaining clear expectation alignment with customers; with a high degree of resilience to external factors, in order to deliver projects to the highest standards. The successful candidate will have experience managing small-scale electronics manufacturing and be capable of delivering high-quality products to enable project delivery success.
You will work in an environment which is stimulating, flexible, and focused on achieving high standards of work. With a growing multi-national customer base and opportunities throughout our parent company to deliver projects around the globe.
The key experience required will include electronics manufacturing, technical project delivery in industrial markets, and ideally will have knowledge of digitally transforming industrial sectors; leveraging the value of information from data.
Riventa is positioned at the leading edge of digital transformation of the water sector – a sector that to date has been left behind as other industries have benefited from digital transformation.
