OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Hospitality & Catering
* Great knowledge of food and beverage in a high-end environment
* A minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role
* A genuine love of the food and beverage service industry
* Excellent numeracy skills with the ability to read a P&L report

* Be responsible for helping to maintain a guest-focused culture, which supports the values expressed on the Resort’s Mission Statement and the Resort’s business goals
* Supervise the day-to-day operation of the outlet
* Conduct employee orientation, on the job performance coaching and counselling
* Maintain complete knowledge of, and ensures strict adherence to, all legislation relating to the sale of alcohol
* Ensure all grooming standards are met
