Projects:
1. Ipswich (£2M)
2. Woolwich (£17M)
3. Waldergrave West London (£1.5M)
Role:
1. Office-based with site visits
2. Oversee cost control, contracts, and final accounts
3. Manage and review tenders, ensure projects stay on track and within budget
What You Need:
1. Experience in Façade/Cladding or similar projects
2. Strong QS or SQS background
3. Excellent communication & negotiation skills
