We’re seeking a Head of Procurement to lead, innovate, and drive efficiencies in procurement practices. This role offers flexibility as either a fixed-term contract or permanent position. The Role You will establish a Procurement Centre of Excellence, delivering measurable results through effective supplier management, cost control, and continuous improvement. Leading a professional team, you’ll drive procurement strategies, ensure policy compliance, and foster operational success across the business. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement procurement policies to control costs and support stakeholders. Lead supplier negotiations, ensuring long-term value and strong relationships. Design and track KPIs to drive team accountability and performance. Mitigate risk through robust supplier management and strategic initiatives. Motivate and coach the team to achieve savings and enhance efficiency. Collaborate with international teams to maximise supplier leverage. About You 5 years’ management experience (teams of 6). 5 years’ procurement expertise with strong supplier relationship management skills. Full CIPS qualification and degree-level education.
