Stratospherec have a fantastic hybrid opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team at a highly successful global software company with offices in Brighton and Birmingham. This is a great role for an experienced project manager where you will help connect the project vision with successful and seamless implementation. You will work closely with the company’s Technical Director and Software Development Manager, ensuring smooth collaboration, efficient resource utilisation, and the high-quality service deliverables which have made this company so successful. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced project manager used to dealing with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, discussing new projects and proposals, dealing with initiation and planning, defining project scope, setting deadlines, creating project plans, assembling teams and allocating roles. On a daily basis you will manage all day-to-day project activities, ensuring projects stay on schedule., monitoring project budgets and resource allocation, as well as tracking milestones, KPIs, and project progress. You will lead meetings and be responsible for providing updates to stakeholders - as well working with QA to test, assess and evaluate project quality, identifying and addressing bugs and issues promptly. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in Risk Management, identifying and managing project risks whilst liaising with relevant stakeholders for changes and negotiations. You will ensure software quality standards are met, submitting requirements within budget and on time, ensuring new product features are effectively communicated both internally and to customers, and where necessary, conduct training. Additionally, you will be involved in documenting project closure and implementing best practices. Qualifications and Experience • STEM Degree or equivalent • Proven experience in a PM role building positive working relationships • Excellent communication and organisational skills. This role is a paying a salary of £50K- £60K plus excellent benefits and will be working mainly remotely with the requirement that you will need to attend team meetings in the Birmingham or Brighton office once or twice a month.
