Titan are currently working with a very successful client based in Hamilton who are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join their team.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure the website is fully functional where all the stock displayed is accurate and up to date, ensure all enquiries are responded to in live time and sales are processed through the back office. You will also be required to develop the social media marketing of the company and increase their follower count and engagement across the UK. Role responsibilities - Operate the back office function of the website, uploading product images and details (wordpress system)
Handling online chatbot enquires
Process online sales orders and handle customer phone call enquiries
Updating all available stock on the website
Social media postings
Requirements - Previous experience of content creation / social media postings
Previous experience of online shopping platforms - Woocommerce, Shopify etc.
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Previous experience within a similar environment is essential The company offers a great working environment, working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
