Location: North West (Hybrid - 2 Days Office / 3 Days Field/Home)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (OTE is double base salary)

As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Business Development Manager to join their sales team.
The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will:
1. Win, manage and develop relationships with dental practices (independents and small groups)
2. Engage with Dentists, Practice Managers, Nurses, and Receptionists to promote their full suite of products and services
3. Split your time between 2 days in their North West office and 3 days on the road or working from home
4. Receive full onboarding and training during your initial weeks in the office
This is a fast-paced, hybrid sales role ideal for someone with strong clinical understanding, excellent people skills, and a hunger for success.
Who We're Looking For
Essential:
5. Dental sales experience with a proven track record
OR
6. A clinical background as a Dental Nurse, Treatment Coordinator, or Practice Manager looking to move into sales
7. Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 points)

8. Based in the North West
9. Confident, proactive communicator with strong relationship-building ability
10. Target-driven and commercially aware, with a talent for spotting opportunities
