We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dayforce Specialist Lead to join our Workforce Payroll Solutions (WPS) team, with specific experience and knowledge in Payroll design and system configuration. As a Specialist Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving successful implementation projects for our clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes whilst providing support, advice, and guidance to team members to help educate and develop their solution capabilities.
What will your typical day look like?
As a Dayforce Payroll Senior Specialist Lead, you will manage end-to-end payroll system implementations, ensure project plans are developed, milestones are met, and systems are configured to client-specific requirements. Client communication will be a key part of what you do; you will gather requirements, provide regular updates, conduct training sessions, and offer ongoing support post-implementation. You will mentor the team and ensure best practices are followed. In addition, you will be able to continue professional development by engaging in getting certifications, attending webinars and industry conferences, and staying updated on payroll regulations and technology advancements.
