As a Customer Service Advisor in our Business Contact Centre team in Poole, you’ll provide an excellent level of professional customer service to our partners, business customers, and our store business hubs.
No matter the query, you will investigate, support, and guide, owning the case through to resolution. So for those customer service champions out there, this may be the opportunity for you!
Role overview:
As part of this role, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Being an expert on all elements of customer service queries including but not limited to: refunds, credit queries, network tariffs, returns and handset exchanges, bolt-ons, bill queries, invoices, transfer of ownership, sim swap, customer complaints, etc.
2. Handling inbound calls, emails, and social media queries in a professional, polite, accurate, and efficient manner.
3. Providing solutions to best support the customer in line with their needs; keeping in mind our financial objectives but moderating this to stay within the parameters of providing world-class service to our customers. You’ll sometimes need to think outside the box!
4. Establishing rapport and building relationships with our customers while keeping data safe following the correct compliance procedures.
5. Completing all queries raised relating to customer service accurately and within SLAs ensuring world-class service is maintained throughout.
You will need:
1. Excellent customer service skills.
2. Great verbal and written communication skills with a confident, friendly approach.
3. To place our customers at the heart of every interaction and be the voice of our customer.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Resilient, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
6. Able to prioritise workload across several work streams.
7. IT skills to be able to use Microsoft Office and our in-house IT systems.
