Our platform makes it easy to ask the right questions About the role We are seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of paid search and social media campaigns, optimising their performance to help drive business growth. With expertise across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook, you’ll deliver impactful campaigns that generate quality leads and conversions. You will be responsible for campaign strategy, tracking, reporting, and continuous optimisation to ensure our marketing efforts deliver exceptional ROI and align with business goals. Responsibilities Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and Facebook to drive quality traffic and conversions. Own the entire paid media process from strategy development, keyword research, and audience targeting to ad creation and bid management. Oversee tag implementation and tracking using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate measurement and reporting. Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies and budgets to improve key metrics such as ROI, CPC, and CPA. Conduct A/B testing of ads and landing pages to maximise conversion rates and reduce cost-per-acquisition. Tracking, Reporting, and Optimization: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid campaigns, providing regular insights to key stakeholders. Leverage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to measure performance, gather actionable insights, and report on campaign results. Analyse and interpret campaign data, making informed recommendations for future optimizations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure paid strategies align with wider marketing initiatives, such as SEO and content marketing efforts. Skills and Experience Essential 3 years' experience managing Paid Search campaigns (Google, Bing, etc.) and Paid Social campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook). Proven experience managing and optimising paid media campaigns in a B2B setting. Strong familiarity with Google Tag Manager for implementing tracking and monitoring campaign performance. Expertise with tools like Google Analytics and building looker dashboards to track KPIs and create actionable reports. Ability to deliver clear, concise, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and teams. Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies to improve ad performance and landing page conversions. Desirable Experience working in the SaaS industry, preferably with B2B products or services. Familiarity with HubSpot for lead management and campaign tracking (not essential but advantageous). Experience managing paid media budgets to ensure efficient spend and high ROI. The ideal candidate will have start-up experience, preferably with a background in tech/SaaS.
