Sales Administrator
Dewsbury
£25K per annum
Our client is actively seeking a strong administrator / sales support to join a growing organisation in Dewsbury.
Duties and experience includes:
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
* Telephone experience
* Good numeracy skills
* Computer experience including word and excel knowledge
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Work well as part of a team
* Answer incoming telephone calls
* Process sales orders / queries via telephone, fax, email and EDI in a timely and accurate manner
* Answering verbal and written queries
* Analyse stock availability from screen and quote accordingly
* Allocating new stock to existing orders
* Liaise with internal and external teams to ensure customer requirements are met
