About The Role

As a HR Service Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries, policies, procedures, and systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our employees receive timely and effective support, contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, providing clear and accurate information.
* Case Management: Manage and track employee requests through our HR tracking system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
* Policy Interpretation: Help employees understand HR policies and procedures, offering guidance and support.
* System Assistance: Assist employees with HR systems, including self-service portals, timekeeping, and benefits enrolment.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and inquiries, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. Create employment contracts and update with any changes. Create and process accurate and timely starters and leavers information.
* Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team members or departments for resolution.
* Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of HR service desk processes and resources.
About You
* Experience in a HR administration or HR service desk role or customer service/support role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
* Proficiency with Microsoft packages.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
* Detail-oriented and organized.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
* Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
