Location: Remote working with a need to travel nationally as needed, with overnight stays.
About the Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our Central Division in the role of Assessment and Transitions Associate Director. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a key team that supports sites to assess and transition service users with complex autism into services to prevent placement breakdown.
What we would like from you:
* Current full UK driving licence, covered for business use on own motor vehicle.
* Extensive experience of managing and delivering specialist Services at a senior level, with specialist knowledge in this area.
* Experience of managing people with good engagement outcomes.
* Evidence of previous project management experience, in particular the opening/closing/transferring of services.
* Strong report writing skills with the ability to present information and recommendations in a clear and logical way.
* Recognised relevant qualification at QCF Level 5 or higher, or relevant degree qualification desirable but not essential.
