We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Team Leader to join their expanding operation just outside Truro. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and is ready to play a key role in the business's continued growth.
The role:
* Supervising a team of up to 15 production operatives
* Ensuring all team members are working safely and to the daily production schedule
* Working within a large manufacturing site; this is a role for someone who is comfortable being on their feet and active throughout the day
* Maintaining a safe, efficient, and productive working environment
This is a purely supervisory role and a crucial hire due to a recent increase in contracts. The company operates Monday to Friday on day shifts, 7.00am to 3.30pm, with regular overtime available.
Pay is offered on an hourly basis, ranging from GBP18 to GBP21 per hour depending on experience. The position is initially offered on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis, with long-term progression opportunities for the right person.
