Leading US firm is hiring a Research Administrator to join the London office permanently. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a recent graduate or someone with minimal office experience.
Salary up to £33,000

Responsibilities for the Research Administrator:
1. Data & Research Resource Management
2. On-boarding new joiners; processing leavers, secondees, returners from parental leave
3. Managing online resources including passwords & user lists o Maintaining departmental processes re on-boarding
4. Database Maintenance
5. Maintaining departmental portal pages (SharePoint)
6. Supporting and maintaining the library management system (Sydney Enterprise) – keeping records accurate and standardised, creating new records, archiving old subscription records Acquisitions & Financial Management
7. Operational Support
8. Performing administrative duties such as shelving, circulation, stock-taking, resource weeding across a number of departmental libraries o Updating looseleaf titles
Key requirements for the Research Administrator:
9. Knowledge or experience within a library setting preferred, not essential
10. Strong Microsoft Office experience
11. Exceptional organisational and communication skills
