This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service who is quick to learn and can work efficiently under pressure. Day-to-day of the role: Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email with a high standard of professionalism. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Learn and operate new systems and processes quickly to manage various customer queries. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet team and individual performance goals. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service role, with strong phone handling and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes rapidly. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Oracle or another ERP system is advantageous.
