As a Lounge manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver 14 great shifts per week, taking full ownership to make your Lounge an amazing and unique place to work and a great place for the local community. What You'll Bring
* Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Restaurant Manager in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
* Experience working in a bar environment with serving freshly made food and drinks
* Ability to manage through KPIs, making decisions on labor, stock, food safety, customer satisfaction, and other brand standards within budget
* Proven success in training and recruiting front-of-house teams, including servers and assistant managers
* Optional: experience in back-of-house operations and understanding kitchen team dynamics
