We’re working with an exciting events agency in central Bristol to help them recruit their next Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Events Marketing and HubSpot (or similar) and be looking for a pathway to a senior leadership role.They have a busy calendar of events and awards ceremonies throughout the year and offer hybrid working (2 days WFH, 3 days in the office) and an excellent team culture – collaborative, inclusive and lots of room for career progression. If you’re an Marketing Manager and have helped get brands to come along to high profile events (B2B marketing) we’d love to hear from you immediately What you’ll be doing The Marketing Manager will be strategic and hands on, leading a team of two – Social Media/Content Executive and a Partnerships Manager. You’ll drive Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for events and the sales team attracting the best brands, agencies and retailers to their industry leading events. You'll play a key role in growing audience engagement, hosted meetings and ensuring CRM and automation tools are leveraged effectively to support revenue growth. You’ll oversee the delivery of email marketing, paid media campaigns (paid social mostly), SEO, and content to maximise reach and impact. What experience you’ll need to apply Proven experience (3 years) in B2B event marketing, lead generation, and CRM management – ideally with Hubspot or a similar platform. Experienced in driving MQL growth and supporting sales teams in revenue generation. Good grounding in PPC, SEO, paid social, email marketing, and content marketing. Experience or a willingness to step up into a line management or mentoring role (the team are great and have good experience, but they’re also ambitious and keen to develop their own careers so you can play a role in helping them achieve their goals).
