Role: Health & Wellbeing Advisor to Promote Employee Welfare and Support Healthy Behaviours
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Contract Type: Up to 12 months fixed term contract
Working Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)
Location: Based in Hull, with occasional travel to other locations across the UK

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide health and wellbeing advice to employees to promote healthy behaviours and reduce work-related stress
* Work closely with employers to develop and implement workplace wellbeing strategies
* Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate risks to employee health and wellbeing
* Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to access additional resources and support
* Maintain accurate records and reports on employee health and wellbeing initiatives
Requirements:
* Degree-level qualification in a relevant field (e.g. health science, psychology, social work)
* Experience working in health and wellbeing or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
