About the role
Are you seeking to further your career in Marketing and communications in higher education?
The University of Sussex is looking for a CRM Marketing Officer to join our existing Marketing team. This role will support the CRM Integration and Development Manager to configure and deliver the migration to a new CRM supplier. You will help manage and deliver ‘Business as Usual’ CRM campaigns (currently over 1000 HTML sends a year) into a new CRM system ready for launch on 1 October 2025.
The Marketing Team is comprised of 22 staff with expertise in CRM, Market Research, Marketing planning and delivery. The team works with others across the University to develop evidence-based and strategic approaches to marketing.

3. UK Recruitment colleagues
4. Digital and Creative Media colleagues

About You
We’re looking for a team player with excellent client and customer service skills, a good understanding of email marketing and how it integrates with the different media channels. They must have a keen eye for detail to help deliver email marketing activity for Sussex.
