To strengthen the Survey Team offshore, we are currently looking for Data Processor(s) to join our team. The Data Processor is a member of the Offshore Survey Team and will participate in processing all survey sensors data. The Data Processor is also responsible for survey data quality assurance and presenting/delivering the data in the client required format. Duties and Responsibilities QA incoming survey data and give immediate feedback to Online surveyor when data doesn’t meet the client specifications. Fully understand processing procedures for pipelines and seabed mapping projects. Be familiar with DeepOcean software packages for data processing and presentation. Process/prepare survey data charts & deliverables in accordance with the given guidelines and specifications. Maintain survey, processing & data deliveries logs. Participate in software testing, bug reporting and software development requests. Participate in improving processing efficiency and data quality by proposing and implementing new methods and equipment. Ensure all survey data deliverables are packed, labelled, stored and delivered in a professional manner. Qualifications Degree in a Survey/Science/Engineering oriented subjects. Proficient verbal and written communication in English.
