We are currently recruiting Customer Service colleagues with a starting package of £, (pro rata), this is made up of a base salary of £, (pro rata) along with an additional £ flexible benefit and up to a £ discretionary performance related bonus.

1. Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone
2. Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing

What you’ll bring.
7. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either from a face to face or a telephony background
8. The ability to communicate effectively with customers to truly understand their needs

What else you need to know.
14. In a part-time Branch based role, you’ll be working hours a week across Monday to Saturday between the hours of :am – :pm
15. The role is based in Kendal branch
16. This is a months fixed term contract
