Focusing on improving operational resilience, risk reporting functions, global cash/stock reconciliations and ensuring daily client money requirements are fulfilled for FSA reporting. You will also provide operational risk oversight and improvements via the business change committee by actively participating in the weekly/monthly process improvement discussions. The successful highly motivated and flexible individual will be required to: Help manage and drive system enhancements that will improve Operational controls. Be responsible for ensuring that Operational Risk is managed and mitigated through the existing controls that have been implemented. Understand Cash and Stock reconciliations for reporting across the group. Eradicate manual processes where possible in relation to operational risks. Look to streamline efficiencies across all entities in accordance with the daily control reporting. The individual needs to be flexible within their approach, as ad hoc processes will need continued support-review in an ever-changing working environment.
