About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team in Lincoln. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a company that operates across diverse sectors, including aerospace and defence, factory automation, environmental monitoring, electronics design, and more.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage inspection processes for both incoming and outgoing components.
* Handle non-conformance issues and lead improvement initiatives.
* Conduct vendor audits and drive performance improvements.
* Perform internal audits and engage in continuous improvement activities.
* Develop and implement inspection standards and quality system tools.
* Provide expert guidance on quality management processes and industry best practices.
* Analyse process control data and report key performance metrics.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Quality Engineer.
* Ability to secure Security clearance.
* Quality function experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Background in engineered manufacturing (Automotive, Aerospace, Oil and Gas, Defence, Medical Device).
