In the role of a Workday Business Analyst you will be required to serve as a consultative liaison between cross-functional HR teams, confirm and write business requirements for Workday system enhancements and projects, and oversees the implementation of solutions inside the Workday system. Key Duties of the role will include; Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, HR Operations and the business to understand our business strategy, processes, services and roadmap to maximise our Workday system and drive success Elicit requirements from functional HR teams through interviews to understand the current process and the desired result Understand, communicate and plan for Workday cross-functional system touchpoints and impacts around configuration, business processes, reporting and integrations Work in partnership with functional HR and technical team members to ensure successful translation of business needs into technical system requirements and acceptance criteria Set up technical teams for success by writing comprehensive business requirements Serve as a key collaborator between HRIS, HR functional teams and the outsourced HRIS vendor on the implementation of Workday system changes to ensure successful implementation Perform testing and validation of deliverables prior to functional team user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met This is a hybrid working role.
