Your role will be to oversee and manage the full admissions process, ensuring it aligns with the school's mission, values, and enrolment goals and ensure seamless communication with prospective and accepted families to the College. How you will make an impact As the head of the School’s Admissions team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract prospective students, managing the application process, overseeing marketing collaborations, and act as the primary ambassador during admissions events, conferences and feeder engagements. Additionally, you will maintain a deep understanding of internal and external policies, recruitment priorities and facilitate smooth transitions for new pupils. What you need to succeed You will be educated to degree level ideally in marketing, sales or business or have proven experience in a senior admissions role, preferably within an education setting. You will also have demonstrable experience in organising and leading admissions events, induction programmes and open evenings to ensure that the school attracts and enrols pupils who will contribute positively to the community and thrive academically and socially. A creative and innovative thinker, you will also have the natural ability to connect with people and be authentic, engaging and influential in social and professional situations. Your commitment to outstanding customer service, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion at every level will propel the school’s admissions objectives.Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple events and projects simultaneously are also essential attributes for this role.
