A boutique W-end hedge fund is hiring for a graduate Executive Assistant who is at the start of their career and would love to work within a hedge fund that is going through a growth phase.
The assistant will support circa three directors with an emphasis on extensive diary management, global travel and expense management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Diary Management: Oversee and coordinate complex calendars for the Directors ensuring efficient time management and prioritisation of appointments.
* Meeting Organisation: Arrange and organise meetings, prepare agendas and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are ready.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
* Document Preparation: Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, and various documents.
* Travel Coordination: Manage all travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
* A graduate with circa 1-2 years administration experience but a real desire to work for a hedgefund
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Tech savvy
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
* Proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Flexible and adaptable approach, with a positive and professional attitude.
* This role is office based 4 days and 1 day from home
