What's the job?
Ultimately to manage the hygiene team, making sure everything from cleaning schedules to compliance reports are handled with precision. Think of yourself as the captain steering the ship, keeping standards high, training your crew, and making sure all hygiene-related targets are smashed.
Here's what you'll be doing:
Managing hygiene systems, equipment, and documentation to meet and exceed standards.
Supporting a team of Hygiene Team Leaders and domestic cleaners to deliver on KPIs.
Driving improvements in hygiene and food safety across the board.
Reporting on performance, identifying issues, and proposing solutions that actually work.
Ensuring compliance with customer codes of practice and keeping audit standards spotless.What we're looking for:
3-5 years of experience in hygiene or technical roles in the food industry.
A natural leader with strong people-management skills and a knack for motivating teams.
Someone who knows their way around hygiene regulations, customer codes of practice, and audit requirements.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to drive decisions.
