You will be joining a small but dedicated team, where every day the work is varied and never boring. If you are looking for a role that offers variety, and scope to develop, this is the role for you. What we need from you: You will need a minimum of 12 months B2B telesales experience
Proficient level when using IT, in particular MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CMS (Contact management System or CRM)
Confident on the phone to make appointments when dealing with suppliers
Confident face to face attending exhibitions or networking events
Positive and outgoing personality
Self-motivated, team player but also able to work effectively on your own
Hold a current UK Driving Licence
What the role involves:
This role offers a mix of working in the office and occasionally attending networking and other events. Duties include: Creating sales opportunities using the telephone, social media, and other marketing methods and managing all leads and completion of sales forms
Keeping the CRM up to date
Contacting existing customers to offer new services and get reviews
Coordinating information between the directors and customers
Organising and booking meetings setting up Teams/Zoom meetings
Producing proposals for customer and dealing with all sales administration
Assist with order processing, ordering machines, sending out order forms
Answering all inbound phone calls, dealing with enquires
Attend networking meetings and other planned exhibitions
Take an active part in exhibition set up and engaging with customers
Posting social media posts, creating case studies, video interviews
Occasionally get involved in delivering equipment to local areas
Onsite lockdown alarm surveys, set up and proposals
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per year. Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm. Benefits: 20 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
