An exciting temporary opportunity for a proactive and dedicated Stores Administrator to join an experienced team. You will play a pivotal role across the business and must have previous stores experience and a good understanding of engineering products. Duties to Include: Goods receiving of packages and receipting into inventory or allocating direct to projects Conducting daily physical cycle counts for preparation to the finance department Maintaining the physical layout of the warehouse Booking all tool units received from the customers and follow through to the tool production unit Processing pick lists Weekly 5S walkaround and checklist completion Experience/Skills Required: Stores operational experience Engineering or manufacturing qualifications or experience A good understanding of engineering products and drawings Computer literate in MS Word Experience of ERP systems Forklift truck trained - desirable Hours of Work 37 hour week - Monday - Thursday 07.45am -4.15 pm Friday - 7.45am - 12.45pm Benefits Competitive salary Discretionary bonus 25 days holiday bank holidays Life assurance X6 times Pension 5.0 % Access to financial advisor If you have not received a response within 5 working days, unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
