Please note that this is the role is in the community working in Hartlepool, Stockton & Middlesbrough.
Rate of Pay is up to £13 per hour plus mileage (Depending on qualifications).
Please be aware the pay rate is upto £ for Supported Living and £13 for Solo Placements / Complex Care placements.
Partners 4 Care are currently recruiting for a team of Full Time care workers to support customers in their own homes and our supported living services who live with Complex Care needs including Mental Health / Learnings Disabilities.
Main duties of the job
Duties of a Care Assistant
Promoting dignity and respect as well as independence and encourage Service Users well-beingPersonal care (assisting with washing and dressing, to aiding with toileting)Medication support (support and training will be provided)Meal preparation/supportDomestic assistanceEmotional and social support
To be successful in the role of a Care Assistant you will:
1. Have a keen interest in providing care to vulnerable individuals who wish to remain living at home and facilitate their independence
2. Have empathy, a caring nature, drive and ambition
3. Be Reliable and an enthusiastic team member Good Communicator
4. Good Organisational/time management skills
5. Have a full UK driving licence.
