The role:
This role is critical to our success. During the past year, we have further evolved and refined our core product proposition to offer a comprehensive portfolio of services that enable international business clients to efficiently trade in multiple jurisdictions without the need for local presence.
We are now seeking to recruit a commercial, dynamic, and appropriately experienced Senior Marketing Manager who will lead all marketing activity for Desucla, and work alongside the sales team, COO and senior management team.
The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and delivering a seismic shift in marketing activity across all business operations. Specifically, the Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for setting the marketing strategy and objectives to support business growth, building the brand profile, and generating high quality marketing qualified leads to fuel the sales funnel. This role is both high-level, and very hands-on.
Outstanding candidates are also expected to have the opportunity to build a high performing international marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and collaboration.
Outperformance in this role is expected to open doors to more senior commercial roles within the business.

Must haves:
· 8+ years of relevant experience across several B2B marketing domains within Fintech / Taxtech
· Affinity with tax, treasury, and wider finance community
· Demonstrated ability to disrupt markets through innovative ideas built on robust unbiased evidence of client needs and market dynamics
· Track record of personally defining, and delivering game-changing marketing strategies that drive measurable results
· Prior responsibility for delivering re-brand and re-launch campaigns, including designing, populating, and maintaining a high performing website
· Expertise in managing digital marketing channels and tools (eg CRM, SEO, LinkedIn etc)
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
· Passion for simplifying complexity
Core Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue by creating and continually refining compelling multi-product GTM propositions, and scaling strategies, within a comprehensive end-to-end marketing plan
· Systematically engage with our extensive client base to continually deepen our understanding of their problems, needs, and responses to our solutions
· Act as the voice of marketing within the organization, working closely with leadership to design and implement marketing activity to support strategic objectives
· Use data driven client and market insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
· Establish and refine brand and product identities ensuring resonance with target audiences
· Personally create and maintain amazing product-supporting cross-media content strategy including website, social media, thought leadership, customer stories, and wider collateral
· Optimize campaigns for lead generation, conversion, and ROI
· Critically evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing and sales enablement strategies
Location:
· London / Hybrid – 2-3 days a week in our office (St Pancras, London)
· Potential for travel 1-2 days per month
