Customer Care Team Member

Due to an internal structure change, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will preferably come from a customer service or engineering environment.
Job Purpose
To handle open Customer Care tickets to resolution or escalation in order to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.
Main duties and responsibilities
* Handling allocated tickets to resolution
* This involves but is not limited to:
o Contacting customers to clarify issues
o Booking engineers' works
o Updating works onto the schedule
o Updating line manager with new works booked for review
o Sending job quotations
o Sending engineers' job sheets to the customer for works completed
o Administering the building of new customers' information into our systems
o Administering customer systems such as Ecovardis and Avetta
o Invoicing of completed jobs daily
o Other admin duties as required
Qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Customer Service / Admin role
* Minimum 5 GCSEs to include Maths and English at grade C or above
* Competent in the use of Microsoft Suite, e.g., emails, Word, and Excel
* Good attention to detail
* Good communicator with the ability to build strong relationships with the CK team, 3rd party suppliers, and customers
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Strong teamworking ethic
