Improving patient and visitor experiencesBe a point of contact for patients and relatives. Lead on the development and sharing of patient and carer information. Implement methods of gathering and using patient feedback to improve and develop services. ManagementTo comply with all Trust policies and procedures and the Health and Safety at Work Act,including adherence to Infection Control measures, and ensure that staff within the team are aware of their responsibilities.To be involved in the daily management, supervision and co-ordination of a designated team including staff appraisal, performance management, and informal grievance.Promote safe and effective communication channels within Childrens Physiotherapy and multi-professional teams both at NGH and with external agencies.
