Due to continued growth, we are in search of a new member to join our team. This is a full-time position from 08:30-17:00 Mon-Fri and we are looking for somebody who is self-motivated, forward-thinking, and proactive towards their work for this varied role.
Responsibilities
1. Dealing with general enquiries
2. Pricing jobs
3. Liaising with sub-contractors
4. General office administration where required
Key Skills Required
1. Cope well under pressure when busy
2. Efficient and methodical approach to workload
3. Ability to prioritise
4. Professional and friendly telephone manner
5. Ability to liaise with all levels of personnel
6. High level of customer service
7. Proactive ‘can do’ attitude
8. Responsible and able to manage own workload
9. Competent using a computer with knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel & Word
Salary is dependent on experience and will be discussed upon offer.
