Regional Sales Manager, Leading Catering Equipment Company, Midlands, Up to £48,000 plus Bonus and Car Allowance
Our client is a leading supplier of high-quality kitchen equipment, providing innovative solutions to the hospitality, education, healthcare sectors, and dealerships. Their products are trusted by top chefs, facility managers, and procurement teams for their reliability and efficiency. As they continue to expand and promote internally, they are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and grow our presence in the Midlands region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow revenue within the Midlands territory.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the hospitality, education, healthcare sectors, and dealerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including chefs, procurement officers, facility managers, and dealership representatives.
* Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our kitchen equipment.
* Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
* Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to remain competitive in the market.
* Regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
* Proven track record in sales, ideally in the kitchen equipment or related industries.
* Experience selling into the hospitality, education, and healthcare sectors is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and relationship-building techniques.
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to travel extensively within the Midlands region.
