Hybrid Working - The client would like someone who is able to go onto site 2/3 days a week (some flexibility)
Overview of key responsibilities:
You will contribute to defining and refining the platform's vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the clients growth, and quickly onboarding and supporting new customers.
You will manage and lead a cross-functional development team, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity.
You will oversee the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring development aligns with timelines, quality standards, and strategic priorities.
You will be managing the product backlog and prioritising them based on changing requirements
You will be monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process
You will be overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development and following product completion, conduct a final review to submit approval before releasing the product to our customers.Skills we are looking for:
Strong ServiceNow experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
Strong decision-making abilities, with experience in product idea and backlog management.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
Previous experience working in customer facing products
