For more information, please visit www.teamwass.com. What You Will Be Doing Our Client Services team plays a key role in the delivery of our client accounts and events. An extremely busy, fast- paced, exciting and diverse area of the Wasserman Live business, we deliver throughout the UK, Europe and for clients across the globe. The role sits within our Golf Team in Orpington, based between this office and some on-site time with our clients. You'll be working as part of an experienced and dynamic team, primarily focusing on the successful management and operational delivery of extensive signage and branding projects. You will work across the entire life cycle of prominent projects from start to finish. Project planning is central to what we do, and you'll also be involved in client management, budgeting, feasibility reviews and implementation, administration and project support, as well as on-site crew management and stakeholder liaison. The job role will include tasks and responsibilities such as : To manage the day to day running of key client projects, leading client communication and stakeholder management. Budget responsibility for individual projects including pricing, margin control and maximization. Compiling client proposals and responding on new briefs, pitches and client negotiations. Clear professional communication and management of client expectations. Leading by example, managing team members and contributing positively to a wide range of projects. Implementation of Project Management disciplines, processes and skills including programme and risk management. Managing artwork, colour matching and the approval processes both with the client and with our internal Studio and Production teams. On-site management of contractors including implementation of H&S processes and continuous best practice. Follow up reviews on projects post completion, including detailed analysis, compiling lessons learned and communication to the wider business to ensure process improvement. Development of additional business opportunities within client accounts, spotting opportunities and proposing creative solutions. The Skills And Experience You Need Experience within a similar role is preferred. Solid experience of project management processes and on-site delivery of projects. Ability to multi-task - you will be working across a number of activities at the same time, delivering consistently high-quality work to tight deadlines is key. Good communication skills across a variety of formats including verbal, written and presentational. A high proficiency of numeracy and literacy, including knowledge and capability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Outlook. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Creative thinking. Attention to detail across all areas of event delivery, demonstrating diligence and professionalism. Problem solving - ability to identify risks and issues and propose innovative solutions to resolve. Ability to meet challenges and quickly deliver workable solutions in demanding environments. Time management skills, both independently and when working as part of a wider team. Ability to prioritise to meet challenging deadlines. Ability to take responsibility for your own work.
