Job Opportunity: Customer Service Administrator (12-Week Temp to Perm)
Location: Doncaster
Salary: £25,500 per annum
Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a confident and organised Customer Service Administrator to join our busy manufacturing team in Doncaster on a 12-week temp-to-perm basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
In this key position, you’ll be the link between our customers and internal departments, ensuring that orders, enquiries, and updates are handled professionally and efficiently. After a successful 12-week temporary period, there’s a great opportunity for the role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
2. Accurately process and track sales orders
3. Liaise with production and logistics to ensure timely dispatch
4. Maintain customer records and databases
5. Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in a customer service or admin role within an office environment
2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
3. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
4. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
5. A proactive and team-oriented attitude
