About the Role
As a handyman technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining our properties and ensuring they are safe and secure.
You will be responsible for conducting minor repairs, performing routine maintenance tasks, and providing other related services.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical work, and Appliance Installation.
Responsibilities:
* Minor Repairs: Conduct repairs to electrical and plumbing systems, perform carpentry tasks, and install appliances
* Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance, cosmetic upkeep, and preventative maintenance tasks
* Other tasks: Assemble furniture, change light bulbs, paint and decorate, clear gutters, and maintain property exteriors
* Safety: Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with safety standards
