Skills & Requirements:
o Experience with D365 BC/NAV Business Application technology focused on Finance or SCM.
o Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into solutions.
o Experience implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central.
o Effective communication across cross-functional teams and diverse clients/stakeholders
o Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
o Confident in pressurised situations with strict deadlines
o Provide constructive feedback and support continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
o Implement Business Central solutions for customers, including customisation and data migration.
o Participate in client workshops to analyse and design D365 BC solutions and write functional specifications.
o Transform the business requirements into application requirements.
o Scope change to Business Central functionality to identify customers' needs and extend the functionality of the standard application.
o Prototype, configure and test the respective business processes.
o Train customer key users and/or end-users.
o Assist in the transition of the solution to the support team.
