Regulatory Officer (Temporary)
Location: Oxfordshire
Working Hours: Full-time (8:30 - 16:30)
Remote Work: Flexibility to work from home 1 day a week
The Regulatory Officer will ensure the organisation complies with relevant regulatory, legal, and internal standards. This role involves managing compliance processes, supporting regulatory risk management, and facilitating communication with regulatory authorities.
To be considered for this Regulatory Officer position you will have previous experience working in a regulatory environment, preferably within the chemical industry. You will also need to be able to travel to the site in Oxfordshire 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with compliance standards.
Oversee labelling and safety requirements for products in line with regulations.
Support compliance with various national and international regulatory frameworks.
Assess materials and processes to ensure adherence to industry guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain compliance databases and systems.
Stay informed on regulatory updates and advise on necessary changes.
Conduct inspections and audits to ensure operational compliance.
Liaise with external regulators and internal stakeholders to address compliance needs.Key Skills and Competencies
