Bell Cornwall Recruitment’s client is a regional firm with multiple offices across the midlands. They have recently opened a new office in Solihull, and they are looking for an adaptable private client assistant who can support the Private Client team as well as assist with further operational tasks supporting the wider office.
The Role:
* Drafting and composing documentation
* Support with dictation and typing
* Dealing with new enquiries
* Call handling, distributing post and scanning
* Support with office management - ordering, meeting and greeting, fire marshalling and first aid
The Ideal Private Client Assistant will have:
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in Private Client work highly desirable
* Strong typing speed and accuracy
* Good multitasking skills to support the dual responsibilities of the role
* Ability to work on site in Solihull
