Location:
Gateshead, with flexibility to travel. The opportunity to work in a hybrid way from the office and home is possible.
Grade D: Starting salary is £31,190 per annum, with a band going up to £34,532 per annum, dependent on annual performance reviews.

Job Purpose:
This role will lead on the development of new business within Oasis Community Housing, particularly project-managing our response to tendering opportunities. Your focus will be on securing contracts and new income streams that will sustain our core work, broaden the range of our work funded via contracts, and grow the geographic footprint of our work. You will be working as part of a wider team responsible for delivering our ambitious fundraising and business development strategy. You will be prospecting for new business and researching suitable opportunities that support Oasis Community Housing’s mission to transform communities by creating access to housing, addressing homelessness, and journeying with people as they fulfill their God-given potential.
Oasis Community Housing is a Christian homelessness charity based in Gateshead, working across North East England and South London. Our ambitious strategy aims to widen our reach and amplify our impact for men, women, children, and vulnerable families facing homelessness. We help more than 1,000 people every year by providing housing, specialized support, and, more fundamentally, a place where they feel they can belong.
