Your Role ✨ To support our rapid growth, we are seeking a dynamic New Business Manager to cultivate relationships with prospective clients and collaborate with our marketing and promotion teams to deliver industry-leading marketing campaigns.This important and fun role will work closely with our Agency Lead to drive new business acquisition, from developing proposals for labels, artists and managers to closing deals. The ideal candidate will also contribute to artist campaigns and projects, becoming an integral part of our success. Responsibilities As a New Business Manager at un:hurd you will: Generate leads through various methods like networking at gigs/events, cold outreach, and digital marketing. Cultivate and manage relationships with artists, managers, labels, and distributors for both existing clients and new prospects to offer tailored solutions to their challenges. Collecting and analysing market data to identify trends and opportunities. Contributing to the development of the overall business, targets and marketing strategy. Regularly reporting on activities, progress, and results. Maintaining accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems. Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement. Be the first point of contact when it comes to inbound inquiries. Administrative tasks which may include sharing meeting minutes for the company meeting and booking company wide initiatives may also be expected at times. Requirements Loves music and a strong understanding of the current music landscape. Entrepreneurial attitude and outlook. An understanding of the music industry, a few connections in the space and an ability to build a network effectively. Willingness to learn quickly, adapt and get stuck in. Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of tasks and deliver results. The ability to multi-task and work across multiple projects at any one time. Strong organisational skills.
