We have an exciting new role for a Key Account Director to manage and develop a portfolio of key pension accounts. In this role, you will foster strong client relationships, drive strategic and transactional engagement, and enhance client satisfaction throughout the contract lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
* Enhance service delivery by evaluating and improving systems, processes, and controls.
* Act as a key liaison between clients and operations, ensuring seamless communication and securing buy-in for changes.
* Ensure all client services are delivered effectively, meeting contractual obligations and identifying growth opportunities.
* Manage contractual agreements, including Change Control Notes and Letters of Variation.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with subject matter experts to develop successful proposals.
What We’re Looking For
* A seasoned Account Director with experience in financial services, outsourcing, or other regulated sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of pricing models to drive revenue growth and maintain profitability.
* Ability to work towards individual and departmental objectives, contributing to overall business success.
